Head, Neck and Back Injuries
Neck and back injuries can also be characterized as: whiplash, strain/sprain, soft tissue injuries. These injuries typically occur as a result of auto accidents and slip/fall situations. To insurance companies, they are “invisible” injuries as they usually do not appear on xray. Further, there can be little or no objective medical evidence supporting a diagnosis of neck and back soft tissue injury other than subjective reporting from the injured person.
The insurance company may characterize these types of injuries as “invisible” but the pain a person experiences from a soft tissue injury is quite “real.” A soft tissue or strain/sprain injury can last anywhere from weeks to years. Such an injury can leave a person disabled and significantly change his or her life.
For years, I have represented people that have suffered from soft tissue injuries and have gotten them the results they deserve. I can do the same for you.
